One of Air Solutions most triumphant accomplishments was becoming a channel partner with the hydro providers of Ontario. We currently hold a 100% success rate with save on energy retrofit incentive programs. These programs enable Air Solutions to audit and monitor any customer’s compressed air equipment for its performance and energy proficiency. In more than 100 cases we have successfully identified opportunities to reduce massive amounts of kW consumption by retrofitting the existing system with energy efficient solutions. The extent of our rebates on the behalf of our customers is now in excess of $2,000,000.

Air Demand Analysis Studies

Are you wasting compressed air?  Our leak detection service will identify all of the leaks within your system during production.  Each leak is tagged and analyzed for the severity and loss of compressed air power.  An easy to read report shows all of the leaks and losses, together with the cost associated to the air loss.

Using our Air Demand Analysis service, we can accurately assess the amount of compressed air consumption (cfm), the system pressure (psig) in the plant and also record the kW power consumed by each compressor motor.

Once this information is collected in our data logger, these three profiles enable us to accurately assess the compressed air system and recommend the exact equipment which will best suit your application.

Our analysis is continual over a 9 day period and it will accurately highlight all of the following:

  1. CFM consumption
  2. Peak demands
  3. Potential energy and cost savings
  4. Leaks
  5. Pressure swings and profiles

From our experience, significant savings can be obtained by reformatting or replacing equipment within your compressed air station. The ADA gives us a detailed profile and current “bench mark” of the compressed air system at your plant.

Once the ADA report is completed and presented to you in the form of a report with graphs and recommendations we will submit a separate quotation for the correctly sized equipment required.

Eyedro Meters

Each clamp connects directly to a small data logger and captures the “real time” kW consumption of any electrical motor in your facility.

The data is wirelessly transmitted via the internet directly to your smartphone or computer and is password protected.

Up to 30 motors can be data logged via one Eyedro meter.

Real-time electricity monitoring is an important tool in understanding when and where electricity is being used, and to find energy saving opportunities.

Heat Recovery
