We hope that you’ve been able to remain healthy and safe during these difficult days and that you’re following the best advice from local and federal government and healthcare authorities regarding social isolation and distancing.
As a government-listed essential service provider (our clients include pharmaceutical production, food manufacturing, and other vital services) we remain in operation. If you are also an essential service and you need installation, service, rentals, or support, we are here for you and ready to help. We have a good stock of equipment maintenance and repair parts, and we are in regular contact with our supply chain partners. Currently there is no supply disruption for our products. Our pipework division is also fully operational. If your company is impacted by the provincial government’s order of business closure, unfortunately we are unable to provide service at this time. Please kindly let us know so that we can reschedule your planned services as soon as we are able.
While we continue operations, the well-being of our workers and our customers comes first. As we continue to provide service, we are following and monitoring the latest guidance from the Canadian authorities and agencies to minimize the spread of the virus among employees and customers. To that end, we have implemented stringent hygiene protocols for our staff and service technicians.
If we are scheduled to visit, please let us know if you’ve implemented any new health and safety standards for visiting service personnel that we may not be aware of. We want to ensure all of our staff are in compliance with your best practices as well as our own.
