However, this calculation does not account for additional benefits of KAirFree, such as more predictable cash flow, downtime insurance, remote monitoring, less administration time, and flexibility to adjust compressor size as needed. Generally, if you run the compressor less than 2,000 hours annually, the overall cost for KAirFree is lower than purchasing the compressor and paying for preventive maintenance and repair services over the life of the compressor. Most 5 to 20 hp compressor owners operate far less than 2,000 hours annually. With KAirFree, you are paying for the resource as you use it instead of a larger upfront cost plus pay-as-you-go service costs. Additionally, people typically buy a larger compressor than needed, with future growth in mind, further increasing costs associated with purchase, service, and energy consumption.

This fee includes your complete compressed air station with compressor, dryer, receiver tank, coalescing oil removing filter with automatic drain, and an oil/water condensate management separator.

KAirFree is a service that provides compressed air without requiring you to purchase a compressor. You pay a fixed monthly rate, or by runtime, and Air Solutions Canada handles maintenance and repairs, so that you don't have to worry about surprise additional costs.

With no capital expenditure required, a new air compressor is obtainable for you and your organization, almost immediately, OAC. You no longer own an air compressor, tank or dryer, so the risk of an unplanned machine replacement is completely mitigated. Air Solutions retains ownership of the equipment and subsequently covers all service and maintenance costs.

Every plan includes a Kaeser compressor with integrated dryer and tank, air treatment filters, an oil/water separator, and full service coverage for parts and labour.

You’ll need to provide hydro, install compliant electrical wiring and piping, place the equipment, and ensure proper ventilation—ASC can assist with setup if needed.

For units 7.5 HP and above, KAirFree includes downtime insurance with reimbursements after two hours. ASC's monitoring systems and 24/7 team respond quickly to minimize disruption.
