Each plan includes all routine services, startup support, labour costs, and component maintenance. Terms are based on single-shift usage (8 hrs/day, 5 days/week), with options to expand for multi-shift operations.

• Compressor with Integrated Dryer and Tank: Kaeser AIRCENTERS and AIRTOWERS combine the reliability, energy efficiency, and easy-to-service design of industrial rotary screw compressors into a compact, quiet, space-saving package complete with a storage tank and refrigerated air dryer.

• Clean Air Treatment Package: A prepiped condensate moisture separator, complete with a zero compressed air loss automatic drain trap, ensures your KAirFree system supplies clean, dry compressed air. The option to add an inline, high-efficiency, coalescing filter assembly is available, eliminating “fish eyes” and “orange peel” paint finish issues.

• A waste management, Condensate Oil/Water Separator: The Kaeser Condensate Filter (AQUAMAT), accepts the unwanted oil water condensate, by-product, and automatically removes lubricant from the compressor condensate. The AQUAMAT purifies the condensate and separates oil from water. Water discharge can now be sent to a city sewer. The units are low-maintenance and require no electricity.

• Start-Up, Parts, and Service: Factory-certified Kaeser Air Service technicians will start up your compressor and instruct you on proper operation and weekly checks. All parts and labour for maintenance and repairs are included in your usage fees. Additionally, we will mount the filters, drain, and supply a ball valve and 3′ flex hose to connect to your piping system. These services are chargeable on a case-by-case basis.

To ensure seamless integration and operation of the KAirFree system, you are responsible for:

• Electrical Service Including Disconnect: Refer to the product details for specific fuse and wire sizing. All wiring must be completed before the time of start-up. All Kaeser specifications for electrical components are mandatory.

• Shop Piping: Provide compliant, properly sized piping (equal to or larger than the compressor outlet) within 3’ of the compressor location. We will mount the filters, drain, and supply a ball valve and 3′ flex hose to connect to your piping system. Air Solutions offers all types of TSSA-approved mechanical pipework and ductwork installation. Please ask us for a quotation.

• Equipment Placement: Receive the equipment from the shipping company, unpack, inspect, and place it within 3’ of your piping.

• Ventilation: Ensure sufficient fresh air and exhaust to maintain temperatures equivalent to ambient per our installation guidelines.
