No matter what industry, we can cover every aspect of and installation jobs such as installation of pipework, boiler systems, HVAC, rigging, chilled water systems and plumbing. We are looking for a driven and organized individual to take on the role of Mechanical Sales Representative.
RESPONIBILITIES:
- Always provide first class customer service
- Create business with our existing clients for Mechanical installation jobs as noted above and more.
- Prospect new business from all available resources.
- Foster a strong relationship with our current/new customers.
- Design and build and quote custom solutions for customers.
- Following up open opportunities.
- Handling and following up with KPI’s set forth.
- Manage the job until completion, whilst working with internal coordinators, accountants and management.
- Managing any change orders and collecting of PO’s.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Working with and managing budgets.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to communicate effectively at any level.
- Must be able to navigate in Office 365 programs along with logging sales data in our CRM
- Ability so read and interpret blueprints.
- Work with AutoCad.
- A strong steam fitting or plumbing background.
- WHIMIS, working at heights, fall arrest, five and seven steps.
- Working with Excel.
- 5 years minimum on site/ hands on chiller/boiler experience.
- Worked with Steel, copper, aluminum, plastic piping.
- Understanding of grooving, threaded, welded and compression fittings.
- Understanding and Knowledge of TSSA rules and regulation.
- Understanding and knowledge of plumbing and steam codes.
- Meet minimum margins and mark ups on quoted jobs
- Hold a clean drivers license.
