Nitrogen generator installation at food facility
We have installed a Peak Nitrogen Generator for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) application in Toronto. A very simple installation. Machine is rated for 99.5% purity and delivering 99.9% purity.
The system
The Peak Nitrogen Generators employ the latest Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) and Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) technologies. These technologies ensure a continuous and on-demand supply of nitrogen gas, maximizing energy efficiency while minimizing running costs. Our CMS banks are packed using a unique 'snowstorm' filling technique, guaranteeing consistently high levels of nitrogen purity (up to 99.9995% or 5 ppm oxygen*). The i-Flow generators also provide high flow rates (82-9476 SCFH*) while guarding against gas supply contamination.
Our nitrogen generation systems are designed to be scalable, allowing for additional Peak CMS banks or modular units to be added retrospectively. This flexibility ensures that your nitrogen gas solution can adapt to your business's growing needs without being constrained by fixed capacity limitations.
