It not only governs performance but also records energy data, system messages, alarms, and maintenance intervals. All of this information can be communicated through Ethernet to remote interfaces or building management systems, to ensure smooth operation.
With a 9% increase in output efficiency, Kaeser’s systems are designed for minimal energy consumption and low-cost maintenance. Engineered with a rugged two-stage dry-running air end block and rotors capable of withstanding temperatures up to 575ºF, they’re built to provide durability and high efficiency, without the risk of oil contaminants. Most models offer integrated air dryers, including iHOC and refrigerated configurations, delivering ISO 8573-1 Class 0 oil-free air to meet, or exceed, the most stringent compressed air quality standards.

Sigma II compressor control tracks and logs performance and energy data, alarms, messages and maintenance. All of these features can be seamlessly communicated to remote devices, or BMSs, via Ethernet. Our rugged two-stage air end block is engineered and manufactured in-house to outperform other manufacturers. Our rotors are blasted, bonded, and treated to withstand temperatures as high as 575ºF. Air dryer options on most models can be heat of compression (iHOC) style, or refrigerated (T) packages.
