This performance is due to our patented and specially developed 3 dimensionally layered ultra depth filtration media. This certified and validated medium is non-shedding, (non-fiber releasing), and offers high loading capacities for bacteria and particulate retention.
The P-SRF element can be Sterilized >100 times, using clean Steam, or an Auto Clave. In critical applications, where maintaining sterility is of paramount importance, Steam sterilization is recommended at the end of every production run.
The ultrafilter P-SRF sterile filter element is suitable for critical applications in the process industry, including atmospheric and pressurized venting of storage tanks and fermenters.
Some great examples of applications where the P-SRF filter provides unprecedented protection includes; the production of antibiotics, packaging, venting, direct product contact, requires compressed air. Sterile packaging using compressed air which is bacteria free results in a proven extended shelf life.
