Rotary Screw Vacuum Packages
Kaeser Rotary Screw Vacuum Packages showcase quality in every detail. They feature a multi v-belt drive that efficiently transfers power from the motor to the airend and an automatic tensioning device to properly maintain tension to maximize energy efficiency, prolong belt life and simplify routine maintenance. The gas ballast system is a Kaeser exclusive feature that enhances the vacuum pump’s water vapour tolerance to prevent condensation from collecting inside the suction chamber, ensuring seamless operation. The vacuum inlet filter is integrated inside the cabinet to reduce the overall footprint and reduce onsite installation time and cost. The filter is easy to access and has a contamination indicator to signal when service is needed. The compact design and construction of the enclosure provide steel cabinet panels and access doors that are powder coated complete with mineral wool soundproofing covered by stain resistant fabric. Additional anti-vibration mounts for the airend and motor, along with flexible pipe connections prevent loose piping and wiring.
Available with capacities ranging from 168 to 555 acfm and 99% final vacuum, these units are equipped with TEFC motors from 10 hp to 40 hp. Switchable dual/modulation control and an externally mounted vacuum filter in the suction line are standard.
