Screw Blower Packages
Kaeser's screw blower packages combine the energy efficiency savings of the Sigma Profile rotary screw air end with the convenience of a complete blower package. The screw blower packages include the same design features as the Com-paK blowers, including premium efficiency TEFC motors, silencers, starters/drive, a full enclosure, and a full complement of sensors. Sigma Control 2™ with blower control software is standard. Options include STC (wye-delta start) or SFC (variable frequency drive).

Kaeser screw blowers use up to 35 percent less energy than conventional rotary blowers and even achieve significant energy savings compared to currently available screw blowers.
The system
When low pressure air is required for wastewater treatment, cooling, blowing or aerating, Kaesers Rotary Screw Blowers are an efficient and effective means of reducing the costs of compressing air, tremendously. For every reduction of 10 psig electrical energy savings, equivalent to 5% of your total bill are obtainable. Low pressure blowers are available for all kinds of applications and are normally the first item in a low pressure practice.
