Rotary Blowers
Kaeser's screw blower packages combine the energy efficiency savings of the Sigma Profile rotary screw airend with the convenience of a complete blower package. The screw blower packages include the same design features as the Com-paK blowers, including premium efficiency TEFC motors, silencers, starters/drive, a full enclosure, and a full complement of sensors. Sigma Control 2™ with blower control software is standard. Options include STC (wye-delta start) or SFC (variable frequency drive).

Kaeser blower range complete
Introducing the Kaeser Bare Block Blowers, together with the DBS, EBS and FBS packages. Available with reduced current fixed speed starting, or variable speed controlled options. Learn about our award winning energy and performance efficiencies, which will provide you with up to 35% less energy consumption/output capacity than other Blower designs. Our state of the art, on board, Sigma Control 2 will be your Blowers watchdog, indicating alarms, and maintenance to you, with the ability to send these messages to your chosen communication device(s). The Sigma Control 2 also includes programmable shut down features to protect your investment. Blower maintenance is easily accessed from the front panels and could not be more simplistic and affordable.
The system
When low pressure air is required for cooling, blowing or aerating, Kaesers Rotary Screw Blowers are an efficient and effective means of reducing the costs of compressing air, tremendously. For every reduction of 10 psig electrical energy savings, equivalent to 5% of your total bill are obtainable. Low pressure blowers are available for all kinds of applications and are normally the first item in a low pressure practice.
